To nominate someone, click here. You will be directed to a page where you can fill out a form and provide the person's story as to why you believe they are a suitable candidate. Please refrain from including any personal information, such as addresses, phone numbers, and last names, at this time.

If you wish for the person you've nominated to be aware of your gesture, you can choose to reveal your identity when completing the nomination form. We provide you with the flexibility to decide whether you'd like us to share your name as the nominator or keep it confidential. Just select your preference in the dropdown menu during the nomination process.

Absolutely! When you fill out the nomination form, you'll have the option to choose whether you'd like PYAL to disclose your name as the nominator or keep it anonymous. We just ask that you have some familiarity with the person you're nominating. Simply check the dropdown menu while submitting your nomination.

Getting involved in Project You Are Loved is easy. You can nominate someone for a Love Campaign without any charge. If you want to participate in a Love Campaign or simply send a card, the cards are available from $6. This fee includes the cost of the card, postage, a charitable donation per card, and the time and effort required for writing and sending the cards.

Of course! While the nomination process is centred around people you personally know, you can still participate in Project You Are Loved by sending cards to anyone. We even encourage sending love and support to those individuals you don't know. Sign up for our mailing list to receive updates on the campaigns that you can contribute to.

If you're struggling to come up with the perfect statement, don't worry - we've got you covered! A simple and powerful statement such as "You are Loved" is enough to send a meaningful message. We recommend keeping your message brief, positive, and straight to the point. After all, our goal is to send statements of love, not novels. So take a deep breath, let your heart lead the way, and know that your message can make a significant impact, no matter how short.

For Individual Cards (Not Part of a Love Campaign): When you send a card that is not part of a Love Campaign, we prioritize quick processing. Your card will be prepared, personalized with your message, and dispatched promptly.

For Cards Sent as Part of a Love Campaign: Your order will be processed along with other contributions to the same campaign. Love Campaigns typically last for 2 weeks. Once the campaign wraps up, we gather all the messages and cards from that campaign and send them out together. This collective effort allows for a powerful, consolidated delivery of love and support, ensuring that each recipient feels a part of a larger, caring community.

At present, we do not offer the ability to track the progress or shipping of the cards you purchase. However, we've designed our Campaigns to be efficient and quick. This means that all cards will be dispatched shortly after the campaign concludes. You will receive a notification once your card has been processed and written. We're committed to ensuring that your message of love reaches its destination as swiftly as possible.

To ensure that our cards are uplifting and focused on the individual, we ask that you avoid including any content related to politics, religious beliefs, or statements that do not support the nominated individual. We carefully review and may edit all submitted messages to ensure they align with these guidelines. We want every message to radiate positivity, support, and love toward the nominated person. So, please keep these guidelines in mind when submitting your verbiage for the cards.

Currently, Project You Are Loved is not registered as a non-profit organization. At this stage, our focus is on giving back to individuals and our charity partners. However, we aspire to continue evolving and eventually attain non-profit status in the future.

At Project You Are Loved, we value your privacy and take great care in ensuring the protection of your personal information. We never sell or give out any of your information, including addresses, phone numbers, or last names, to any third party. The only publicly shared information is the nominated person's first name and state/province. Please be assured that we respect and uphold your privacy as one of our top priorities.

Our current list of charity partners covers all the big, most recognizable names. These partners are top tier and are recognized as trustworthy with an A+ rating. However, we are open to working with smaller charities that you may suggest. As long as they are reputable they can most likely be a great option.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our service, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations. Once submitted, our team promptly begins the process of transcribing your message into your chosen card. Given that each card is personalized with your unique message, it becomes a one-of-a-kind item that cannot be reused or resold. This means that once your message is written, there is no way to undo this process. We encourage our patrons to consider their messages carefully before submitting them, as we are committed to delivering your heartfelt words exactly as you've written them.
